Fees for self-delivery to the district's waste disposal facilities

(in particular the Burghof landfill in Horrheim)

For self-delivery of waste, the user fees for the waste disposal facilities operated by the district for 2023 are as follows

mini flat rate of € 5.00 can be set.

User fees are charged at a flat rate for self-deliveries of up to 200 kg and are calculated by weight for self-deliveries of over 200 kg and weighing options.

  • Mineral waste of pollutant class II (building rubble, mineral production-specific waste, mineral sludge) and contaminated excavated soil of pollutant classes I and II is accepted at the district's disposal facilities.
  • The Verband Region Stuttgart has transferred its disposal obligation in this respect to the district's waste recycling company (AVL). AVL charges fees under private law for these deliveries.
  • In the case of mixed deliveries, the type of waste with the highest fee is always used as the basis for calculating the fee.
  • For materials that can only be disposed of at increased expense, the actual expense will be invoiced.
  • The claim for compensation arises upon completion of the disposal measure.
  • For the implementation of the disposal measure, the district may charge an advance payment in the amount of the costs expected to be incurred.
  • The obligation to make an advance payment arises at the latest upon delivery of the material to be disposed of. The due date is based on § 24 Para. 5 AWS.
