- Friedrich-Foß School of Agriculture
- Organic model region Ludwigsburg-Stuttgart
As the lower agricultural authority, the Department of Agriculture is also responsible for the city district of Stuttgart, with the exception of its duties as a public authority. In addition, the department has supra-regional responsibility in many areas: e.g. with the nutrition center, the viticulture advisory service, the horticulture advisory service or the home economics training advisory service also for districts bordering to the east/south/north and even state-wide for the area of animal husbandry.
