Disability law

This includes

• the determination of the existence of a disability and the degree of disability (GdB),
• the determination of the health requirements for compensation for disadvantages, e.g:
  • Free travel on local public transport,
  • free travel for accompanying persons,
  • parking concessions,
  • tax allowances,
  • exemption from radio license fees.
• the issuing of severely disabled ID cards for people with a GdB of at least 50, please note: it will not be possible to issue a European severely disabled ID card until 2028 at the earliest

• issuing information supplements with G, Gl or aG information with tokens for free travel on local public transport or for vehicle tax reductions
