Receipt and monitoring of the veterinary obligation to report antibiotic use in accordance with Section 56 of the Veterinary Medicinal Products Act (TAMG)
The Animal Health, Animal Welfare and Consumer Protection Unit (STV) at the Stuttgart Regional Council is responsible for receiving and monitoring the veterinary obligation to report antibiotic applications in accordance with Section 56 of the German Veterinary Medicinal Products Act (TAMG) as part of the monitoring of veterinary in-house pharmacies in accordance with Section 2 (3) No. 3 of the Pharmacy and Medical Devices Competence Ordinance (PMZuVO) in the version dated February 28, 2023.
