In the district of Ludwigsburg, there is an individual transport service for people with disabilities at "zero fare". The aim is to enable people with severe disabilities who are unable to use local public transport to participate in public life. The transport service is provided in cooperation with the Johanniter and Malteser Hilfsdienst.
The transport service is offered at the following times
| Weekdays | Times |
|---|---|
| Monday to Saturday | 9:00 am to 10:00 pm |
| Sundays and public holidays | 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. |
In exceptional cases, travel requests will also be carried out until midnight at the latest, if this has been notified in good time.
You can register trips at the earliest two weeks, but at least two days before the planned trip by calling the Johanniter Unfallhilfe Customer Dialogue Center from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the following telephone number: 0711/13678945
Ride requests for the weekend must be registered no later than 6 p.m. on the Friday before the planned ride.
Please read the guidelines for the requirements for participation in the transport service.
If you wish to use the transport service for the first time, please complete a questionnaire so that we can check your eligibility. The journey can only be carried out once your eligibility has been checked.
Passengers who are dependent on a wheelchair must also complete a transport declaration. This is necessary due to the technical regulations for equipping wheelchairs with so-called "power nodes". Of course, we also transport passengers with wheelchairs that do not have a "power knot". In these cases, however, we require an indemnity against liability for damage to the wheelchairs caused by the missing "power knot".
Please complete, sign and return the questionnaire and, if applicable, the transport declaration to Johanniter Unfallhilfe.
