What does the General Social Service do?
As the General Social Service (ASD) of the Children, Youth and Family Department in the Ludwigsburg district, we are the point of contact for children, young people, young adults and parents in educational and family issues.
- We provide advice on general parenting issues
- We offer advice on the organization of custody and contact rights in separation and divorce situations
- We arrange and support educational assistance
- We advise children and young people in conflict situations and take care of them if they ask to be taken into care.
We also fulfill our statutory child protection mandate and are involved in family court proceedings.
The earlier you take advantage of our services, the more promising our help can be for you.
Counseling sessions usually take place by telephone appointment. Our responsibility depends on where you live.
