Social counseling (information and counseling session) in accordance with the Prostitutes Protection Act (ProstSchG) - Registration for prostitutes
The Prostitute Protection Act has been in force since 01.07.2017. Prostitutes must register their work in person. In principle, the practice of prostitution remains unlicensed. However, a mandatory registration is required, which includes a health consultation as well as an information and consultation meeting.
As part of the social counseling, prostitutes receive information on their rights and obligations, on how to reach help in emergency situations and on health and social services.
A registration certificate is issued as proof of registration. In addition, a pseudonymized registration certificate (alias certificate) can be issued on request. Prostitutes must carry the registration certificate and proof of health advice with them when working. The certificates are issued free of charge in the Ludwigsburg district.
The counseling sessions - by telephone appointment only - take place at Hindenburgstraße 46, room 326, phone: 07141 144-43936.
If you have any questions about the information and advice session, please contact Ms. Killinger.
