Advice and testing
We offer anonymous and free consultations and tests for various sexually transmitted infections, including HIV, syphilis, chlamydia and gonorrhea:
Dates: Thursday 15.00 - 17.00
Please note that it is necessary to make an appointment by telephone on 07141/144 2020!
For a meaningful test result, a time interval of at least six weeks from the last risk contact is necessary.
In order to obtain high-quality urine samples, we ask that you refrain from drinking water at least two hours before the consultation.
However, you should still drink enough on this day. Urine samples are usually taken from males and only in exceptional cases from females.
Please bring your vaccination card with you so that we can provide you with sound vaccination advice.
Due to the high demand, the waiting time for an appointment in our STI consultation can be up to six weeks.
In addition, we offer rapid testing campaigns (HIV, syphilis, hepatitis C) at regular intervals in cooperation with AIDS-Hilfe Stuttgart e.V., among others. The dates are published here on the homepage.
We also offer training courses on STIs for teachers, school social workers and all other professional groups involved.
Please feel free to contact us.
HIV and Syphilis Rapid Testing Event with an Information Session on Thursday, July 2, 2026
On Thursday, July 2, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., another rapid HIV and syphilis testing event will take place at Villa Barrock, Pflugfelder Str. 5, 71638 Ludwigsburg.
The cutoff time for testing is 7:30 p.m. The number of available tests is limited and will be provided only while supplies last.
The tests are anonymous, free of charge, and do not require an appointment.
For the HIV and syphilis rapid tests, a small amount of blood is drawn from the fingertip, mixed with reagents, and applied to a test kit.
Results are available in just a few minutes.
For a reliable result, at least twelve weeks should have passed between the last high-risk exposure and the rapid test.
In addition to the testing services, an informational session will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Doctors from the Public Health Department will provide information on sexually transmitted infections and answer questions about sexual health. In addition, Nick will share his personal journey as a trans man and will be available to answer questions from the audience.
The event is open to anyone interested.
