cycling fun - safe e-biking

Driver safety training in the Ludwigsburg district

Rider safety training for everyone! Anyone switching from a bike to an e-bike quickly realizes that electric-assisted riding differs from conventional cycling. Experienced trainers offer training courses in the district of Ludwigsburg with the aim of improving the riding technique of all participants and thus increasing their road safety. Radspaß was launched as a project of the ADFC and the Württemberg Cycling Association (WRSV). Thanks to funding from the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Transport, the courses were offered free of charge until 2022. After the funding ends, the project will be offered independently by the ADFC Baden Württemberg. The course fee per participant is 35 euros.

  • Participation with your own pedelec
  • Course duration approx. 4 hours
  • Course content: Safety check and ergonomics; mounting and starting; scooting; safe braking; steering and controlling; coordination exercises

When organizing the courses, we cooperate in part with the district traffic watch and the prevention department of the Ludwigsburg police headquarters - a big thank you at this point!
