A license in accordance with Section 34 c of the Trade, Commerce and Industry Regulation Act (GewO) is required to carry out brokerage activities or the commercial preparation or execution of construction projects in one's own name or in the name of a third party.

The responsibility for issuing duplicates for the licenses issued by the Ludwigsburg District Office remains with the District Office.
