Drivers employed in the context of commercial road haulage with Community licenses who are not members of the European Union (EU) require a driver attestation.
The driver's certificate authorizes the driver to drive the vehicle on behalf of the road haulage company. It is issued for a period of up to 5 years.
Further necessary documents:
- the Community license issued to the operator (photocopy)
- the work permit of the driving personnel
- the passport, substitute passport or substitute identity document of the driver
- the driver's residence permit
- Proof of professional driver qualification (proven by the entry of the code number 95 on the driver's license) - Copy of the front and back of the driver's license
