The SAK is a district-wide working group of full-time social workers in the field of open youth work. It serves the exchange of information, networking and professional discussion and takes place regularly every month in one of the open youth work facilities in the district. Speakers on current topics relevant to open youth work are regularly invited. The meetings of the SAK are moderated by the district youth welfare office. The district youth welfare office is responsible for the management. The contact person for questions about the SAK is Judith Heintze.
The Girls' Work Working Group facilitates the regular exchange of experience and information between full-time social workers in the field of open youth work who offer well-founded gender-specific work with girls in open youth work facilities. Through the regular participation of expert speakers on current topics specific to girls' work, the MAK also provides further education and training in the field of girls' work. The coordination, moderation, expert advice and implementation of specialist days at the monthly meetings of the MAK are carried out by the district youth welfare office.
JAK
The boys' work working group enables the regular exchange of experiences and information between colleagues in the field of open work with boys who provide gender-specific activities for boys in their open youth work facilities.
Colleagues from other professional fields who work primarily with boys are also welcome. The JAK meets every four weeks and deals with all issues relevant to boys' work. Summer camps 2025
This compilation summarizes the vacation offers 2025, which are organized by associations, clubs, youth centers, parishes, cities and municipalities for children and young people from the Ludwigsburg district.
It was not possible to include all of the organizers' vacation activities. If you would like more information, you can look on the homepage of the respective organizer or contact them directly. You can also register for the vacation offers there.
For children and young people from financially weaker families, there may be grants available from the state youth plan. These grants are paid out to the organizers of the respective activity. Application forms for these grants can be obtained from the organizers of the youth camps. They must be handed in when registering for the leisure activity.
The city camps and forest homes are usually open from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm. If the children cannot go there themselves, they will be taken to the day care center by bus and fed there during the day. Only children who live in the respective municipality or the surrounding area should be registered for these programs.
Physically and mentally disabled children can take part in many activities. This should be discussed in advance with the respective providers.
A big thank you to all the organizers and staff involved in putting this compilation together.
Speakers on the subject of "Violence" can be found here.
