Right of assembly

According to the Assembly Act, an open-air assembly must be registered 48 hours prior to its public announcement.

The large district towns including the administrative communities or the Ludwigsburg District Office are responsible for all other localities in the district of Ludwigsburg.

Please note that due to the new fee regulation of the Ludwigsburg District Office, a fee will be charged for the preparation of registration orders with conditions from 01.01.2025.
The fee is between €50.00 and €150.00. The amount of the fee depends on the amount of work involved.
