Sicherer Landkreis Ludwigsburg e.V.
Working Together for Greater Safety—this is the motto under which the association “Sicherer Landkreis Ludwigsburg e.V.” was founded. Effective prevention requires a society-wide approach. For this reason, representatives from various institutions came together to establish the association.
Goals
To promote crime prevention, accident prevention, and civic engagement in the Ludwigsburg district. This involves raising funds to support local prevention projects and civic engagement. In addition, the association itself takes an active role in initiating and implementing crime and traffic prevention projects.

The State Women's Council of Baden-Württemberg (LFR BW) today represents 51 associations and thus over 2 million women in Baden Württemberg. This makes it the largest women's political alliance in the state and represents the diversity of the female population.
Since its foundation in 1969, the State Women's Council has worked independently, non-partisan and non-denominationally. Above all, it is committed to the appropriate participation of women in politics, business, culture and society.
Goals

- calls for binding legal quotas as a necessary instrument
- calls for the implementation of the gender mainstreaming principle in all political decisions, in particular the gender-equitable use of public funds (gender budgeting)
- is committed to changes in organizational and work culture and to gender-equitable education that makes women and girls visible

Männergruppen Netzwerk e.V.
The Ludwigsburg and Surrounding Area Men’s Group is a member of the Männergruppen Netzwerk e.V. The organization maintains a list of other locations at www.maennergruppen.org
Goals
Men’s groups serve as safe spaces where all topics related to being a man can be discussed. They provide a foundation for connecting with like-minded individuals, finding inspiration, strengthening one’s own masculinity, and growing personally as a man. In the men’s group, we men are among other men.

Network Women in the Municipal Economy
"Women in Local Government" is a supraregional network that aims to bring together and support women working in local government.
Goals
The motivation is to increase the visibility of women in municipal services and foster exchange among them. The goal is to encourage women to take the next step in their municipal careers and to assume leadership positions. Activities include online webinars and networking events.

International Women's Forum, Inc.
The organization aims to promote the social participation of women with an immigrant background in Baden-Württemberg. Among other things, it is the sponsor of the project: “Women’s Platform: Engaged and Visible!”

Men's Counseling Network
The counseling network brings together counseling services that specialize in the concerns and conflict situations faced by boys, men, and fathers. These services cover a variety of topics, such as crisis/violence, boys, sexuality, health, etc.

German Women's Council
The German Women's Council, an umbrella organization representing approximately 60 women's organizations active nationwide, is the largest advocacy group for women's and gender equality issues in Germany.
Goals
It represents women from professional, social, civic, and women’s rights organizations, as well as from political parties, labor unions, religious institutions, sports, culture, media, and business. It advocates for women’s rights in Germany, the European Union, and the United Nations. Its goal is legal and substantive gender equality in all areas of life.

Federal Foundation for Gender Equality
The Federal Foundation for Gender Equality has existed since May 2021 as a foundation under public law with legal capacity, directly subordinate to the federal government and headquartered in Berlin.
Objectives
Its mission is to provide information, strengthen practical efforts, and support the development of new ideas for gender equality. It is also intended to serve as an “Open House for Gender Equality,” where gender equality initiatives can work and network.

Objectives
The BAG represents the interests of women at the federal level and creates a nationwide forum for discussions on women’s and gender equality policies, facilitates the exchange of experiences and the flow of information among colleagues, and addresses issues specific to the profession.
Measures
Collaborative efforts take the form of networking, promoting dialogue on women’s and gender equality policies, knowledge transfer, and the exchange of best practices.
Federal policy initiatives and decisions have an impact on gender equality at the local level. Together with other nationwide associations, the BAG lobbies for greater gender equality and advocates for favorable local conditions so that the diverse range of municipal decisions are implemented with a focus on gender equality.
The BAG engages in political and administrative decision-making. It advocates for justice in women’s and gender policy and works to combat multiple forms of discrimination. It serves as an advocate for greater rights for women and girls and raises awareness within society. In doing so, it offers constructive criticism of political structures and decisions and puts forward proposals for change in the areas of women’s and gender policy.
The rainbow brunch is a free service offered by the Tragwerk association for people from the LGBTIQ+ community and their families and relatives.
Aims
In addition to eating in a cozy atmosphere, a safe space is offered here with good music and important conversations and thus the opportunity to develop freely and network with each other.

Frauen im Management (fim) is a cross-industry network for women in management or leadership with regional groups throughout Germany. One of the regional groups is based in Stuttgart.
Goals
Women in management positions, mixed leadership in all management functions and an end to the gender pay gap. The association promotes female careers - through coaching, advice and mentoring.
fim supports women in becoming (more) visible! This includes self-marketing, the opportunity to appear within fim or at partner organizations and at trade fairs and congresses.

Landkreistag: Working group of equal opportunities commissioners in Baden-Württemberg
The Baden-Württemberg County Association represents the 35 counties of Baden-Württemberg. As a state-level association of local governments, its mission is to coordinate the interests of its members and represent the counties’ concerns before the state government, the state legislature, and other institutions and associations. Other core tasks include providing information and advice to the counties on fundamental, organizational, and technical issues, as well as promoting networking among them. To preserve and strengthen the self-governance of the counties, the Association’s rights to participate are enshrined in both the state constitution and various state laws. Within this framework, there is also the Working Group of Equal Opportunity Officers, who are full-time employees of the county administrations.

Association of Cities: Working Group of Equal Opportunities Officers in Baden-Württemberg
The Association of Cities and Towns comprises 204 cities and municipalities, including, among others, all urban districts and major county seats. All member municipalities of the association serve as regional centers and, in addition to their self-governing responsibilities, largely perform state functions as lower-level administrative authorities. The Baden-Württemberg Association of Cities and Towns represents the interests of approximately 6.9 million residents in 204 member cities, as well as those of municipally affiliated institutions, vis-à-vis the state of Baden-Württemberg. Within this framework, there is also a Working Group on Gender Equality, which brings together the full-time gender equality officers from the member cities.
