Announcement of surveying work
From 16.10.2025, the Surveying Services Department of the Ludwigsburg District Office will begin surveying work to re-determine the boundary points that have been removed due to the construction of the gas pipeline. The work will last until the end of December 2025 and includes the parcels 1264, 1268/1, 1270, 1282/1, 1282/2, 1283, 1283/1, 1283/2, 1283/3, 1284/1, 1284/2, 1327, 1328, 1329, 1330, 1341, 1341/1, 1341/2, 1341/3, 1341/4, 1342, 1361, 1912 in the Riet district. You can find a map on the homepage of the Ludwigsburg District Office at www.landkreis-ludwigsburg.de/de/umwelt-technik-klimaschutz/vermessung-liegenschaftskataster/aktuelles/.
In accordance with the Surveying Act for Baden-Württemberg of July 1, 2004, as amended on December 21, 2022, the employees of the Surveying Services Division are authorized to enter parcels of land, to insert survey and boundary markers and to take the measures necessary to carry out the surveying work. The affected landowners and leaseholders are welcome to be present during the surveying work, but are not obliged to do so.

From 10.06.2025, the Surveying Services Department of the Ludwigsburg District Office will begin surveying work to determine the boundary points along the boundary of the Enzweihingen (Beerhalde) land consolidation procedure. The work will last until the end of July 2025 and includes the parcels 881, 998/1, 998/2, 999/1, 999/2, 1000/1, 1000/2, 1001, 1002, 1002/1, 1004/1, 1004/2, 1013, 1014, 1015/1, 1015/2, 1016, 1081/1, 1081/2, 1082, 1083, 1084, 1085, 1086/1, 1086/2 in the Enzweihingen district. The work will last until the end of April 2025 and includes the parcels 7587, 7588, 7636, 7647, 7658, 7659, 7660, 7661, 7662, 7663, 7665, 7666, 7667, 7668, 7669, 7670, 7671, 7895 and 7910 in the district of Enzweihingen. Note: Standard land values in the district of Ludwigsburg for the property tax return
The Surveying, Land Consolidation and Geoinformation Department is currently receiving many requests for information on the standard land values of parcels of land in the district of Ludwigsburg for the property tax return. You can only obtain this information via the portal at BORIS BW (Bodenrichtwertinformationssystem Baden-Württemberg).
The portal has been activated since 01.07.2022!

Beware of excessive costs!
Private providers of cadastral documents do not act on behalf of the Baden-Württemberg surveying administration.
Various service providers offer property maps, property registers, cadastral maps, parcel maps or similar on the Internet. These service providers act under private law and not on behalf of the Baden-Württemberg surveying administration.
Please note: If you commission a service provider in your name to order cadastral documents for a fee, this does not exempt you from the obligation to pay fees to the Surveying Administration of Baden-Württemberg. The service of private providers can lead to considerable additional costs for you. At the State Office for Geoinformation and Land Development (LGL) or the Surveying Office of the Ludwigsburg district, you can obtain official extracts from the real estate cadastre for loan applications, preliminary building applications, real estate purchases, local plans or generally as a basis for planning for a one-off fee. It is not necessary to commission a private provider. We will be happy to provide you with further information.
