What should you do if a child reports something unusual or problematic?
- Be attentive
- Stay calm
- Listen
- Take it seriously
- Document it
- Seek support. To do so, contact the following people or agencies:
- Contact Person at Your Own Club
- Child Protection Specialists (“Specialistwith RelevantExperience,”or IEF for short).
IEFs are contact persons who have received specialized training in child protection; you can consult them at any time, anonymously, and free of charge in potential cases (see the IEF list below).
