Legal basis
The Measles Protection Act has been in force since March 1, 2020. All persons born after 1970 who are cared for in a community facility must provide proof of vaccination. This also applies to people who have already been cared for in a children's home for four weeks or who are accommodated in a refugee shelter, as well as to people working in the aforementioned facilities and in healthcare facilities. You can find more information on the legal aspects of the Measles Protection Act here.
