- With the reform of the BW State Building Code (LBO) - law for faster construction - solar installations were generally exempt from building law procedures. In February 2026, associated enclosures and technical ancillary facilities were also exempt from the procedure
- Even projects that are exempt from procedures must comply with public law regulations, in particular building planning and building regulations law.
