How can inclusion and participation succeed? The UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the Federal Participation Act strengthen the rights of people with disabilities. The district of Ludwigsburg already offers a wide range of services. Some things are changing. Further developments are imminent in some areas.
