New secure digital mail channel
We would like to inform you that the KM Virtual Mailroom (VPS) product has been discontinued as of 31.12.2023 and the service will no longer be provided.
The public authority account of the Ludwigsburg District Office is available to you 24/7. The public authority account is an electronic mailbox for secure electronic communication within the meaning of Section 2 (2) EGovG Baden-Württemberg.
Once you have registered free of charge, you can communicate securely with the administration electronically and exchange documents. You have the option of sending a message directly to your responsible office using an online form. We have created an overview of contacts for this purpose. You can also exchange documents with your authority or store documents in the document safe for later use in your own account.
