In Baden-Württemberg, the urban and rural districts are responsible for implementing the Price Indication Ordinance. At the Ludwigsburg District Office, this task is divided between the Trade Inspection, Law and Order and Veterinary and Food Inspection departments, depending on the type of product/service offered.
