Procedural guide for young people with a (potential) disability and their families in the Ludwigsburg district
The advice and support provided by the Verfahrenslotsen is a service offered by the Youth Welfare Office and is legally anchored in Section 10b of the German Social Code (SGB VIII).
We provide information and advice on all aspects of integration assistance services in accordance with Social Code Book VIII and Social Code Book IX, provide guidance and point the way to a suitable support service.
The advice and support provided by the procedure pilot is voluntary, independent and free of charge. It is also completely confidential and subject to a duty of confidentiality.

- The procedure guide provides information and advice in particular on possible assistance and entitlements regarding integration assistance services (in accordance with the Social Code (SGB) VIII and Social Code (SGB) IX)
- The procedure guide provides contact persons and offers in the district for this purpose
- The procedure guide can provide support with the application process on request (help for self-help)
- On request, the procedure guide can accompany appointments in connection with integration assistance

- Consultations can take place by telephone or by appointment, either in person or digitally. Home visits are also possible.

In accordance with Section 10b (2) of Book VIII of the Social Code (SGB VIII), the process controller also has the task of advising the local youth welfare organization. This applies in particular at a structural level when merging integration assistance services in accordance with SGB VIII and SGB IX.
