Obligation to register midwifery activity
Midwives residing and working in the district of Ludwigsburg,
- who wish to work on a freelance basis or
- who are permanently employed and work independently or
- who would like to work as an attending midwife,
are obliged under the Midwives Act (Hebammengesetz - HebG) in conjunction with the Baden-Württemberg Midwifery Professional Code to register and deregister with the responsible health authority without delay and to notify any changes of address.
