Experience careers" internship platform

The district of Ludwigsburg and its partners are supporting companies in filling training positions with a new service. With the new internship platform www.erlebe-berufe.de for the district of Ludwigsburg, employers can post offers for apprenticeships and dual study courses themselves and get young people interested in their job profiles. The internship platform offers a free and year-round range of (compulsory) school internships, (voluntary) vacation internships and taster days. In this way, internship offers reach a broad target group.

Interested companies can post their offers online at www.erlebe-berufe.de with little effort. They can use the platform to give a first impression of the company and name a contact person. You can list the training occupations offered by the company and specific internship offers. For vacation internships, it is possible to filter the offer for specific target groups (e.g. by age or place of residence)

Short videos are linked to the professions, e.g. from the Employment Agency, the Chamber of Crafts or the BW Ministry of Economic Affairs. This gives young people an initial insight into the professions.

Further information can be found on the website or directly at the education office in the Ludwigsburg district office (Tel. 07141-144 2028, e-mail: team[at]erlebe-berufe.de)

KLIMAfit - Register now for the next round

A new round of KLIMAfit will start in the Ludwigsburg district in the second half of 2022. With KLIMAfit, companies draw up their greenhouse gas balance under expert supervision and derive economically viable measures to improve their energy efficiency and reduce their individual emissions. Participation in the program is not only worthwhile in terms of climate protection, use of resources and operational know-how, but ultimately also in terms of cost savings.

As part of four workshops over a six-month period, participating companies are trained by consultants in all climate-related topics. External experts are also invited to report on current practice and new, innovative technologies in relevant areas. The individual consultation carried out in parallel to the workshops forms the core of the project.

At the end of the project, compliance with the required criteria is checked by an independent commission. All participating organizations receive an award at a high-profile event, which they can include in their external communication to stakeholders. Participation in the KLIMAfit program is financially supported by the state of Baden-Württemberg.

Further information can be found at www.landkreis-ludwigsburg.de/de/umwelt-technik-klimaschutz/klimaschutz/projekte-mit-und-fuer-unternehmen/

CITY CYCLING 2022

Motivate your employees to switch to bikes on their way to work and take part in CITY CYCLING from July 1 to 21, 2022. Those who regularly cycle to work protect the climate, live healthier, are more creative and feel better.

How does participation work? A team captain registers a company team and invites employees to register for their team in the competition. Sub-teams (departments, specialist areas, etc.) are also possible. Everyone then pedals hard for three weeks (and hopefully beyond). The campaign is rounded off with an internal award ceremony, for example. Or an external one, if your team makes it onto our podium of the biggest teams ...
