At weekends and on public holidays, there is a medical on-call service for reports in accordance with the Infection Protection Act and the Drinking Water Ordinance.
The doctors at the public health department take the immediate measures necessary to prevent the spread of pathogens and to ensure hygienically safe drinking water together with the supply companies.
The health department on-call service is available on Fridays from 13:00 to 15:00 and on weekends and public holidays from 8:00 to 16:00 by telephone or mobile phone. Doctors, hospitals and laboratories can send notifications in accordance with IfSG or TrinkwV to the fax number 07141 144 59501 (secure connection).
Other notifications that do not fall under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) can be sent by email to gesundheitsschutz.
