Climate fit 2024

In 2024, the district of Ludwigsburg is launching a new KLIMAfit project round, which is aimed specifically at companies in production and logistics in the district. KLIMAfit offers companies an introduction to the topic of climate protection and energy saving. In joint workshops, participants learn how to draw up a greenhouse gas balance sheet and derive measures to reduce emissions. In addition to reducing negative climate impacts and operating costs, the program lays the foundations for company-wide climate management. The companies receive support from expert environmental and energy consultants.

The project runs for approx. 9 months and ends with the "KLIMAfit Betrieb" award. Further information on the previous Klimafit project rounds can be found at www.landkreis-ludwigsburg.de/de/umwelt-technik-klimaschutz/klimaschutz/projekte-mit-und-fuer-unternehmen/ If you are also interested in participating, please contact business promoter Oliver Reichert at oliver.reichert[at]landkreis-ludwigsburg.de

Impulse program for corporate mobility management

For companies, hospitals, universities and other institutions, company mobility management (BMM) is one of the most effective fields of action in the area of climate protection. For an efficient introduction to BMM, the Stuttgart Region Economic Development Corporation (WRS) organizes an impulse programme for employers with initial consultations and a series of cross-company workshops. The participating companies develop individual mobility concepts with the aim of making commuting, business trips and the vehicle fleet efficient, socially just and as climate-neutral as possible. They receive expert support in this process. By joining the BMM, companies improve their accessibility, strengthen their employer brand, promote the satisfaction and health of their employees and reduce harmful environmental impacts at the same time.

The next round of the program will start in the first quarter of 2024 and the number of participating companies is limited to ten. Companies and institutions from the Stuttgart region can now register with WRS for the 2024 program round.
