Issue of replacement documents in the event of loss/theft of registration certificate part I (vehicle registration document)
Necessary documents
General documents required:
- Identity card
- Identity card or passport of the holder (a photocopy is sufficient). For companies: Business registration and extract from the commercial register
- Registration certificate part II (vehicle registration document)
- Main inspection report
Necessary documents for a power of attorney:
A power of attorney is required if the application is not submitted by the holder himself but by a person authorized by him (a power of attorney by fax is sufficient). Identification document of the authorized person is required
Documents required for a loss report:
The loss report can only be submitted to the registration authority by the registered vehicle owner or by the person who has lost the documents.
