Former long-time district councillor Heinz Schütt celebrates his 90th birthday today (Friday, January 30)

District Administrator Dietmar Allgaier congratulates former long-time district councillor Heinz Schütt on his 90th birthday this Friday (January 30, 2026) in a letter of congratulations.

A vibrant bouquet of mixed flowers, including roses, eucalyptus, and various wildflowers. The arrangement features a mix of colors such as red, pink, purple, yellow, and blue, creating a lively and cheerful display.

In the letter, District Administrator Allgaier thanked him for his many years of service as a member of the district council and the associated committee work. Through his valuable commitment to local politics, Schütt has actively contributed to making the district of Ludwigsburg more liveable, lovable and sustainable for its population.

Schütt was a member of the district council from 1979 to 1984 and from 1989 to 2014. He was a member of the Environment and Technology Committee from 1979 to 1984 and from 1994 to 1999, as well as a member of the AVL Supervisory Board from 1999 to 2014. In 2014, he was awarded the Medal of Merit of the district, and in 2024 he became an honorary citizen of the municipality of Erligheim. He was awarded the Federal Cross of Merit on Ribbon in 2001.
