Former district councillor Erika Schellmann celebrates her 70th birthday on November 28, 2025

Former district councillor Erika Schellmann is celebrating her 70th birthday this Friday (November 28, 2025). District Administrator Dietmar Allgaier congratulates her in a letter. Schellmann was a member of the district council for 15 years and deputy leader of the FDP parliamentary group since February 2023.

A vibrant bouquet of various flowers, including red roses, purple dahlias, and yellow button flowers, surrounded by green foliage. The arrangement features a mix of textures and colors, creating a lively and cheerful display.

In the letter, District Administrator Allgaier thanked him for his many years of service as a member of the district council and the associated committee work. The District Administrator continues: "Through your valuable commitment to local politics, you have actively contributed to making our district of Ludwigsburg more liveable, lovable and sustainable for its population."

Erika Schellmann was a member of the district council from 2009 to 2024. She was a long-standing member of the Youth Welfare Committee, a member of the Social Affairs Committee from 2009 to 2014 and 2019 to 2024 and a member of the Culture, Schools and Europe Committee from 2023 to 2024. From 2014 to 2024, Schellmann was also a member of the board of trustees of the PKC and a member of the regional steering group of the education region. In 2024, Schellmann was awarded the district's Medal of Merit.
