Inauguration of graffiti project with Simon Löchner

Joyful inauguration of the graffiti on the B27 pedestrian underpass! Numerous guests and interested parties from the city administration, district administration and district municipalities came to see the newly created graffiti. Andreas Eschbach, head of the department, gave a very appreciative and informative welcome speech and emphasized the special nature and importance of such an inclusive school project. He emphasized that the city of Ludwigsburg is now richer by a work of art and some color and that everyone can be proud of it.

The music was provided by Robert Giegling on trumpet and Niko Alber on drums.

Many thanks to all those involved and contributors who made this mammoth project possible.

The colorful graffiti can be seen on the underpass at the Nestor Hotel. It was designed and applied by pupils with and without disabilities together with graffiti painter Simon Löchner.

Art project for pupils in Ludwigsburg

Inauguration on 30.06.2023, 4 p.m. at the pedestrian underpass on the B27 near the Nestor Hotel:

The "Art in the District Hall" exhibition series is breaking new ground.
This inclusive school project takes place as part of the program for the 50th anniversary of the district reform of the Ludwigsburg district. The aim is to offer young people in the city and district of Ludwigsburg opportunities for identification and creative freedom and to promote the appreciation of their art in public spaces.
The different personal backgrounds of the participating pupils are used positively by working together on the graffiti or play no role at all. The focus is on the joint project.
The project will be implemented together with graffiti painter Simon Löchner, who will work with the winners to realize the project on the walls of a central underpass in Ludwigsburg (B27).
The designs were created as part of art lessons as a class project or as individual submissions. The best designs were selected and realized as a team. The motto of the submitted pictures is "LDWGZBRG iNK", a pictorial homage to Ludwigsburg in graffiti form.

Here is a successful implementation of the August-Hermann-Werner-Schule Markgröningen!
