For example, the cities of Sachsenheim and Gerlingen have already closed their barbecue areas.

As a general rule: Barbecuing with your own equipment is prohibited in the forest. Outside the forest, open fires must be at least 100 meters away from the forest edge. In addition, there is a general smoking ban in forests from March 1 through October 31.
