In the online workshop, participants look over the shoulder of Martina Spalt-Kuhlmann, master of home economics and consultant for conscious child nutrition (BEKI). She will give tips and tricks for preparing various porridges and also teach participants to look at the list of ingredients in ready-made products.

In the online workshop, participants will look over the shoulder of Martina Spalt-Kuhlmann,
