Online cooking course: "Taste the organic model region in spring!" (additional date)

The fourth online cooking course of the organic model region Ludwigsburg-Stuttgart in cooperation with the nutrition center Mittlerer Neckar will take place on 07.05.2021 at 5 pm.

A picnic basket lined with a blue cloth holds freshly baked bread, vibrant radishes, a jar of yogurt, and a green cucumber. A slice of cake, topped with daisies, is wrapped in paper. The background features green grass, evoking a pleasant outdoor setting.

In spring, we not only look forward to the first newly harvested vegetables and fresh herbs, but especially to warm air and sunshine. That's why this cooking course uses regional and seasonal ingredients to prepare a cozy snack for an evening on the balcony. All breads, spreads and salads are selected so that they taste even better the next day. That's why we make so much that there's enough left over for an (early) Mother's Day picnic the next day!

All registered participants will receive a list of ingredients and information on regional sources in advance. On 07.05.2021, we will then cook live from the training kitchen of the nutrition center - step by step, so that the participants can cook in their own kitchens at the same time.

The 07.05.2021 is already an additional date, interested parties should register quickly at https://t1p.de/BMR-Kochkurs. Places are limited. Participation in the course is free of charge. If you have any questions, please contact Annegret Bezler by email at

Annegret.Bezler@Landkreis-Ludwigsburg.de

The registration deadline is 05.05.2021.
