Transparent production in November: where everything revolves around schnapps

The last Glass Production 2019 event in the district of Ludwigsburg and the city of Stuttgart will be all about schnapps under the motto "Bönnigheim brennt" on November 10 in the Ganerbenstadt.

Sunday, November 10, Bönnigheim

At 11.15 a.m., the "Bönnigheim brennt" event will be opened at the Swabian Schnapps Museum (Meiereihof 5 +7) by Mayor Albrecht Dautel and the distillate queen Vera Bullinger. The museum in the Steinhaus shows the development of distillation technology from its beginnings to the present day and provides information on black and secret distilleries, among other things. Guided tours as well as coffee and cake are available between 12 noon and 5 pm. At 5.30 pm, guests can look forward to a "humorous" liqueur and schnapps tasting.

From 12 noon, the Heinz Kölle distillery (Karlstraße 28), the Prochnau distillery (Sülzerweg 10) and Sartorius Edelbrände (Hofener Straße 52) will be welcoming visitors to their distilleries. Here they can look forward to show distillations, tastings and snacks.

A shuttle bus will connect the distilleries and the museum in Bönnigheim between 12 noon and 5 pm.
