The situation on the housing market in the district is very tense, Pfrommer continued: "Haus und Grund Region Ludwigsburg e.V., like the district, is committed to this issue in a variety of ways. The district and the association should therefore work together to tackle the major challenge of the housing shortage."
Pfrommer also emphasized that the association also offers its members advice on technical modernization. "In times of increasingly dramatic climate change, this is the key issue for the future: technical modernization can reduce both carbon dioxide emissions and the energy consumption of buildings. Modernization will therefore play an even more important role in the future," said the head of the social department.
It is also important that the association regularly informs its members about house, apartment and land ownership. This increases the willingness to rent and contributes to a good relationship between tenants and landlords, said Pfrommer.
For the district office as a public administration, it is an invaluable advantage if there are local associations such as Haus und Grund that are available as contacts, said Pfrommer, who ended his speech with the following words: "Congratulations on the wonderful 100-year anniversary and all the best for the next century!"
Haus & Grund Ludwigsburg e.V. has more than 6,000 members and is part of the Württembergischer Haus-, Wohnungs- und Grundeigentümer e.V. regional association with a total of 58 "Haus & Grund" local associations, which have more than 100,000 members.
