There is a lot to experience: landscape conservation work in the Hungarian lowlands leads to unique nature experiences. The Tápió region is characterized by watercourses, reed-lined ponds and lakes, extensive wet meadows with a puszta character, and is home to over 200 species of birds, some of which are very rare, such as the bee-eater colony near Albertirsa. Under expert guidance and supervision, participants learn about practical nature conservation work in the sand dunes.
But there's also plenty of fun to be had, as the camp is also a chance to get to know people of the same age from Pest County who speak German or English. Enjoying working in nature and making new contacts or even friends promises a varied week. Excursions into nature and to Budapest are also on the one-week program.
It is important to the district of Ludwigsburg and Pest County that young people get to know and understand each other. For this reason, participation in the International Youth Nature Conservation Camp with bus travel, accommodation and meals is free of charge for teenagers and young adults from the Ludwigsburg district.
As the number of participants is limited, please register in writing by March 24 at the latest:
