Successful cooking course premiere: "This is what the organic model region Ludwigsburg-Stuttgart tastes like!"

The Ludwigsburg-Stuttgart organic model region organized an online cooking course with regional ingredients together with the Middle Neckar Nutrition Centre. On August 14, more than 30 participants got to grips with cooking in their own kitchens. They were guided through the live cooking course with Sarah Kompe from the training kitchen of the Middle Neckar Nutrition Center.

A person wearing an apron smiles while preparing food in a modern kitchen. Ingredients and cooking tools are arranged on a countertop, with a camera set up above to capture the cooking process. The kitchen has a clean, organized appearance.

Sarah Kompe demonstrated cooking tricks in the training kitchen of the Middle Neckar Nutrition Center - the course participants cooked along in their own kitchens.

Regional organic products were used, which had previously been delivered to the participants by an organic delivery service. The nutrition center provided the tricks and tips from the kitchen that contributed to the success of the recipes. Annegret Bezler used video portraits to bring farms from the organic model region into the participants' kitchens. This allowed consumers to get to know the people and stories behind the food.

Due to the special features of the online transmission, all the kitchens looked different than usual: tangled cables, spotlights and lots of technology were behind the stove in the nutrition center, while the participants had to make sure that no dough stuck to the laptop at the end of the evening. After two hours, the eager cooks were able to enjoy the organic model region with all their senses.
