According to Section 28 (3) of the Infection Protection Act, the 7-day incidence must be below the value of 165 new infections per 100,000 inhabitants on five consecutive working days in order for a return to alternating classes to be possible. If the positive trend in the number of infections continues, the health authorities would have to make a decision this Saturday on the partial withdrawal of the federal emergency brake. It would then be possible to return to alternating classes in the district from Monday, May 17.
If the incidence value is below 150 for five working days, a return to Click &Meet is possible next. As the incidence fell below this value for the first time on Tuesday, May 11, this determination by the health authorities could be made on Monday, May 17 at the earliest. This relaxation would then come into force on Wednesday, May 19.
