Corona crisis: New general decree from the Ludwigsburg district - additional regulations for catering establishments and for the sale and consumption of alcohol

The district of Ludwigsburg has responded to the state's new Corona Ordinance with a new general decree, which now implements many of the provisions of the old general decree, such as the obligation to wear masks in public spaces and the numerical restriction of private events, uniformly throughout the state. The district published its new general decree on Tuesday. It comes into force on Wednesday (21.10.20), includes some new provisions and replaces the previous general decree.

Three stylized virus particles are depicted, with a round, textured surface in shades of pink and red. They are surrounded by short spikes resembling protruding proteins, set against a dark, blurred background that suggests depth and movement.

The new general decree of the Ludwigsburg district essentially contains the following new provisions:

- A closing time for catering establishments is prescribed from 11 pm to 6 am daily.

- In addition, a far-reaching ban on the sale of alcohol outside restaurants and other points of sale such as supermarkets and petrol stations will also apply during this period. There is also a ban on consuming alcohol in public during this period.

In addition to the provisions of the district's new general order, the already known regulations from the state ordinance also apply.
