The Krav Maga self-defense system uses the natural reactions and reflexes of the human body. This course teaches liberation and escape techniques specially developed for women and girls in the event of harassment and assaults in various situations. The techniques are simple and can be learned regardless of physical stature and fitness level. They do not need to be trained for a long time, but can be used immediately. No previous experience is necessary. Please wear sportswear, bring indoor shoes, a drink and a snack.

With body rhythm exercises for feet, hands and voice and with various percussion instruments, you will build up a rhythm foundation for drumming. Drum improvisations and learning the djembé playing technique create the basis for drumming the arrangements. Rhythms and songs from Africa and other cultures are taught in a stress-free atmosphere and with lots of fun.
Please bring your own djembé (skin diameter at least 28 cm). Instruments can be borrowed on site for a fee (€ 10). Please indicate when registering.

Introductory workshop for women.
World Laughter Day is celebrated every year on the 1st Sunday in May. At 2 p.m. local time, we laugh once around the world for 2 minutes. All laughter-loving people come together to celebrate the day and show their solidarity with all people in the world. In the introductory course, you will learn about the background to laughter yoga and have the opportunity to try out for yourself how "laughing for no reason or on purpose" affects you. After a lunch break, the group will meet again at 1.45 pm to celebrate World Laughter Day together. End around 2.30 pm.

File management for women
If you are wondering how to find your files and pictures on your PC, then this is the right course for you. We will create, copy and move folders and files, rename them, delete them and you will also learn how to restore them if necessary. You will also practise using external data carriers (USB stick, external hard disk, CDs and digital cameras). Basic PC skills are required for participation.

Word 2016: Create texts and letters and design them according to DIN 5008, create tables, text modules and letter templates, get to know formatting options and apply them in a targeted manner
Excel 2016: Create and design calculation tables, use the function wizard, apply formulas and functions in a targeted manner, prepare data graphically using diagrams
Outlook 2016: Receive and send emails, use calendar functions, manage contacts, exchange data, introduction to meeting planning.
