On Level 3 of the district administration building, visitors can see how nature conservation, agriculture, and local communities work together to preserve the cultural landscape—with a focus on species-rich orchard meadows, historic dry stone walls, and the protection of endangered species such as the partridge.
There are informational materials and annual reports available for review—as well as free packets of locally sourced seeds for creating wildflower areas in your own garden.
