Free Introductory Course “Not Me!” for International Day of the Girl 2026

The course will take place on Friday, October 9, 2026, from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Budokwai Steinheim Sports and Martial Arts School, located at Bahnhofstraße 1, 71711 Steinheim an der Murr. Participation is free of charge.

Titled “Not with Me!”, this three-hour program is aimed at girls ages 6 to 10. Through playful and age-appropriate activities, participants learn to recognize their own boundaries, say “no” with confidence, and stand up for themselves in difficult situations.

Exercises, Role-Playing, and Self-Defense

The program includes role-playing, interactive stories, practical exercises, and simple self-defense techniques.

Expert Course Instruction

The course is led by Stefan Stöhr, a certified specialist in conflict management and self-defense, as well as an instructor for the “Not with Me” and “Women’s Self-Confidence” programs. He is assisted by a female assistant instructor.

Registration Required

Since the number of participants is limited, registration is required via email at budokwai.steinheim[at]web.de. Parents or guardians will then receive a registration form, which must be signed and submitted no later than the day of the event.
