One recipe, three ways—and something special on your plate every time: The cooking workshop at the Middle Neckar Nutrition Center is all about comparing cooking methods. Whether it’s a Cookit, a Thermomix, or a traditional pot—instructor Birgit Grohmann demonstrates how the same dish can be prepared using different appliances and how the method of preparation makes a difference.
