Forest experience for little explorers: Wuselpfad now in Korntal-Münchingen

The mobile forest adventure trail "Where is Wusel?" was recently opened with great joy in the Seewald forest in Korntal-Münchingen. Mayor Alexander Noak, representatives of the forestry department of the Ludwigsburg district office, a kindergarten group and children from the local vacation program were all there to enthusiastically explore the new trail.

A group of children bends over a wooden log in a forest, exploring its contents. They are wearing colorful hats and examining papers in their hands, engaged in a nature activity. Surrounding them are green leaves and natural forest elements.

Creative hands-on stations invite visitors of all ages to discover (Ludwigsburg District Office).

"It's great that the Wuselpfad is now also making a stop here in Korntal-Münchingen," emphasized Mayor Noak at the opening. "It invites our children to get out into nature, discover the forest through play and gain valuable experience in the countryside."

Florian Elsässer from the forestry department added: "With the Wuselpfad, we want to bring the forest to life for children - with lots of imagination, exercise and environmental education. It's an ideal activity for families, especially during the summer vacations."

The starting point of the Wuselpfad is directly behind the forest playground in Seewald. Eight creative hands-on stations invite you to follow the story of the little forest mouse Wusel on a two-kilometre circular trail - a nature-based adventure for children aged four and over and their families. The trail is accessible daily and free of charge without registration.
