In recent decades, numerous women have described the changes that would be needed to come closer to the goal of a gender-equal society. It is shameful to see the "leisurely" pace at which the corresponding demands are being implemented. But it is even more difficult: in order to establish a truly gender-equal society, measures for the advancement of women, as important as they are, are not enough on their own. It is also important to look at the restrictions that men experience on a daily basis, the areas of society in which they feel marginalized and what they would like to see.
