From December 16 to January 10: Restricted service at the District Office - Closure for unannounced public traffic - Appointments only in urgent cases by appointment

The district administration has announced that due to the nationwide lockdown, the Ludwigsburg district office will be closed to all unannounced public traffic from Wednesday, December 16 until January 10. This also applies to all branch offices of the district administration. Service operations are restricted: During this time, visits to the Ludwigsburg district office are only possible in exceptional cases and only by appointment - this also applies to the district office's vehicle registration department.

The image features a bright yellow background with the word "geschlossen," which means "closed" in German, written in a bold, cursive font. The design includes black and yellow diagonal stripes along the edges, conveying a sense of caution or warning.

Urgent personal appointments can be arranged by telephone or email if they are absolutely necessary and cannot be postponed. Contact persons and contact details for the individual areas can be found at www.landkreis-ludwigsburg.de on the district website.

"The persistently high number of new infections in the district and the resulting urgent need to limit contacts have forced us to take this step. The first wave in spring already proved that restricting service operations was the right measure," says District Administrator Dietmar Allgaier.

Irrespective of this, the district administration office will remain completely closed as usual during the public holidays and on New Year's Eve.
