From Monday, April 6, the so-called registration points for buses will be adjusted at several junctions in the Marbach urban area, in the Murr area and near Remseck to improve bus acceleration. To do this, the systems must be switched off for 30 to 60 minutes in each case. Due to the very short time windows, there is no regulation by the traffic lights during this time. The signal construction company will complete the necessary work as quickly as possible, by April 9 at the latest. The intersection at the Remseck-Neckargröningen terminus, the Oehlerkreuzung intersection near Marbach, the Häldenmühlen intersection near Benningen and the Bergkelter intersection near Murr are affected. The costs amount to around 25,000 euros and will be covered by the district. In order to keep disruptions to a minimum, the Easter vacations were chosen for the work.
