It is no secret that the number of people in need of care in Germany is constantly increasing and will continue to rise in the coming years.
However, skilled workers are in short supply and if they are not available, this is one more step towards a care crisis. This is a major challenge and task for society as a whole.
The "Skilled workers - Who cares" event organized by the "Care and career challenge" network is aimed at employers, HR managers, care professionals and anyone interested in the topic of care work.
Presentations and discussions provide inspiration and new approaches
In presentations and a panel discussion, participants will receive impulses on care work and new approaches on how the challenge of care and work can succeed. Among other things, participants will have the opportunity to network with employers and care professionals.
