In order to introduce consumers to organic products and regional agriculture despite social distancing rules, the Ludwigsburg-Stuttgart organic model region is organizing an online cooking course on Friday, 20.11.2020 at 5 pm in cooperation with the Mittlerer Neckar nutrition center. The focus will be on seasonal ingredients used to prepare autumnal dishes.
A list of ingredients with regional shopping tips will be sent to participants by email. Those who wish can pick up a package of ingredients from regional organic farms at the Nutrition Center Mittlerer Neckar or at a farm store in Vaihingen Enz. The food is cooked live for 2 people in the training kitchen of the nutrition center. Step by step, so that the participants can cook in their own kitchens at the same time. The evening will be rounded off with little tricks to enhance dishes. Brief company presentations will bring regional organic farms almost directly into the kitchen.
