Online cooking course "How the organic model region tastes" on February 26 - registration deadline on February 19

For the third time, the Ludwigsburg-Stuttgart organic model region and the Middle Neckar Nutrition Center are inviting people to take part in an online cooking course.

A plate contains two slices of poppy seed bread filled with bright yellow ingredients, alongside a colorful salad made of green lettuce and red beets. The dish presents a mixture of textures and contrasts in color, emphasizing a fresh, healthy meal.

Participants in the online cooking courses prepare dishes such as this pumpkin strudel with savoy cabbage, celery and apple salad in their own kitchens.

Following last year's successful online cooking courses, the Ludwigsburg-Stuttgart organic model region would once again like to offer the opportunity to discover organic products and regional agriculture despite social distancing rules. In cooperation with the Middle Neckar Nutrition Center, an online cooking course lasting around 2.5 hours will take place on Friday, 26.02.2021 at 5 pm. The focus will be on seasonal ingredients, which will be used to prepare warming dishes.

All registered participants will receive lists of ingredients and information on regional sources in advance. The food will then be cooked live for two people in the training kitchen of the nutrition center - step by step, so that participants can cook in their own kitchens at the same time.

Registration at annegret.bezler@landkreis-ludwigsburg.de, registration deadline is 19.02.2021
